The LINKI ACM110 is a high-performance 1.1 kW (1.5 HP) centrifugal pump designed for superior water transfer and pressure boosting. Engineered for reliability, this pump features a robust cast iron casing and a high-efficiency TEFC motor, ensuring low noise and dependable operation for continuous duty. Delivering a powerful flow of up to 136.6 L/min and a maximum head of 34m, the ACM110 provides the consistent water pressure vital for modern homes, commercial systems, and effective irrigation.

What Does It Do?

The ACM110 pump effectively moves, circulates, and pressurizes clean water within your system. It solves common water problems by converting low-pressure, static water into high-pressure, dynamic flow. This function is essential for:

• Domestic Pressure Boosting: Eliminates low-pressure issues in showers and faucets in multi-story homes.

• Irrigation Systems: Provides the necessary force for effective sprinkler and drip irrigation.

• Water Transfer: Efficiently moves water from boreholes, storage tanks, or sumps to header tanks.

Maintenance

• Protect the Seal: The most crucial step is to prevent the pump from running without water; dry running is the leading cause of mechanical seal failure.

• Ensure Ventilation: Install in a dry, covered area that allows the Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) motor to dissipate heat effectively.

• Periodic Checks: Listen for any excessive noise or vibration. Inspect the pump casing and piping connections annually for small leaks.

• Electrical Integrity: Ensure the mandatory earth connection is secure and the recommended circuit protection is in place.

Good to Know (Important)

• Power Supply: Requires standard 220–240V Single Phase 50Hz power.

• Essential Protection: You must install a foot valve or check valve to maintain the pump's prime and prevent water backflow.

• Safety Critical: NEVER run the pump dry. This will immediately damage the mechanical seal and is not covered by the warranty.

• Fluid Limits: Only use with clean, non-aggressive water between 0°C and 40°C.

• Electrical Setup: We recommend a 16A C-curve circuit breaker and 2.5mm² copper cable for safe operation.
