The water then gravity-feeds through a multi-stage mineral filter cartridge, ensuring a continuous supply of chilled or heated purified water.

How It Works

Stage 1: Top Reservoir: Raw water is poured into the upper chamber, where initial sediment is trapped.

Stage 2: Filter Cartridge: Water passes through the multi-stage filter, which utilizes activated carbon and mineral stones.

Stage 3: The Result: Purified, mineral-enriched water flows directly into the dispenser's internal tanks for heating or cooling.

Maintenance

To ensure the highest water quality and maintain flow rates:

• Filter Replacement: Replace the internal mineral filter cartridge every 6 months or after approximately 2,500 – 3,000 litres of use.

• System Flush: When installing a new filter, allow the first 5 litres of water to run through to clear any loose carbon dust.

• Regular Cleaning: Periodically wash the upper and lower plastic reservoirs with mild, soapy water to prevent algae growth.
