Description
This locally supported, compact commercial Reverse Osmosis (RO) system is engineered to deliver a consistent supply of high-purity water at a rate of approximately 250 Liters Per Hour (LPH). The 2000 GPD Commercial RO Purifier is a durable, skid-mounted unit designed for maximum reliability. Delivering TDS rejection of 96% to 99%, it effectively transforms municipal or pre-treated borehole water into high-quality permeate. Its design prioritizes ease of installation, making it the ideal choice for car washes, coffee roasters, water shops, and light industrial applications.
Features
-
Optimal Flow Rate: Consistent 250 LPH (≈2,000 GPD) output for commercial needs.
-
Integrated Booster Pump: High-efficiency pump ensures the necessary operating pressure for maximum TDS rejection.
-
Compact Skid Design: Space-saving, floor-standing assembly on a corrosion-resistant frame.
-
Monitoring & Control: Includes integrated pressure gauges and flow meters for real-time performance tracking.
-
Automatic Safety: Features low-pressure switches to protect the pump and membranes from dry-running or damage.
-
Comprehensive Purification: Removes 95% to 99% of dissolved solids, heavy metals, chlorine, bacteria, and viruses.
How It Works: The RO Process
Reverse Osmosis operates by utilizing a high-pressure pump to raise the pressure on the raw water side, compelling it through a semi-permeable RO membrane (0.0001 microns).

Maintenance
-
Every 6–12 Months: Replace Carbon Block and 1 Micron Sediment pre-filters.
-
Every 12–18 Months: Replace the RO Membrane (Typically 1 x 4040 Commercial Grade).
-
Note: Maintenance intervals depend heavily on feed water quality and daily usage volume.
Good to Know (Important)
-
Required Pre-treatment: Proper sediment and carbon pre-filtration is non-negotiable to protect the membrane.
If feed water is hard or contains iron, a softener or iron removal filter must be installed upstream. -
Critical Lifespan: The efficiency of the RO membrane is directly linked to the quality of your pre-filters.
-
TDS Limits: Best performance is achieved when feed water TDS is below 2,000 ppm.
-
Waste Water: RO is a separation process; a portion of the water (concentrate) is rejected to the drain, typically at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2.
-
Pressure Dependent: Requires a functional booster pump (included) to achieve rated flow and rejection.
