Description

The Blue Spot Water 800 GPD Reverse Osmosis (RO) Purifier delivers reliable, high-quality purified water for commercial and light industrial applications. Operating at a flow rate of 100 Liters Per Hour (LPH), this compact system is an economical and chemical-free solution for businesses requiring demineralized water for processes, spot-free rinsing, or pre-treatment. It efficiently reduces Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) and eliminates the need for managing hazardous chemicals associated with older demineralization methods.

Features

  • High Output, Small Footprint: Generates 800 Gallons Per Day (GPD) in a compact, space-saving design.

  • Booster Pump Included: Ensures optimal working pressure for consistent filtration and maximum TDS rejection.

  • Advanced 4-Stage Filtration: Comprehensive removal of sediment, chlorine, and dissolved solids.

  • Smart Integration: Includes all necessary electrical components for automated pump operation.

  • Reliability: Includes a Limited Six-Month Warranty for peace of mind.

What Does It Do?

The system utilizes a high-pressure pump to force raw water through a semi-permeable RO membrane (0.0001 microns). This process effectively retains approximately 95% to 99% of dissolved minerals, salts, and heavy metals in the reject stream, producing high-purity permeate water.

It excels at:

  • TDS Reduction: Removes nearly all dissolved solids and heavy metals.

  • Contaminant Removal: Eliminates chlorine, suspended particles, odors, viruses, and bacteria.

  • Water Quality Improvement: Ideal for applications where mineral buildup or chemical impurities interfere with production.

Maintenance

  • Every 6–12 Months: Replace Carbon Block and Sediment Filters (depending on water quality).

  • Every 12–18 Months: Replace the Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane.

  • Note: The lifespan of the membrane is heavily dependent on the quality of your pre-filtration.

What’s in the Box?

  • 800 GPD RO Main Unit (Booster Pump and Filters Included)

  • High-Capacity RO Membrane(s)

  • Filter Housings and Cartridges

  • Filter Housing Wrench & Installation Components

Good to Know (Important)

  • Industry Applications: Perfect for Automotive (spot-free rinse), Food & Beverage, Aerospace, Laboratories, Hydroponics, and Boiler Feedwater.

  • Waste Stream: RO systems naturally produce a 'reject' or concentrate stream containing removed contaminants. This is typically sent to a drain.

  • Variability: Please note that TDS rejection and production rates may vary based on the temperature and quality of your raw water supply.
